Scheduling & Planning

Scheduling is the vital requirement for the successful project completions. Our mission is to minimize the negative project risks and increase the potential positive risks of the project by accurately creating and tracking the project schedule from proposal stage to final close-out.

The more accurate the project schedule, the better results we achieve. A studiously prepared and tracked schedule gives the opportunity to be able to identify risks in advance and take actions before a failure in the project occurs, it also provides an opportunity to efficiently manage the project and to ensure the client meets their obligations.

Our target is to provide our clients flexible and need-based solutions. All scheduling works can be developed in our office or performed at client’s offices and/or construction sites with project teams.  We provide below services:

- Proposal Schedules

- Baseline/Master Schedules

- Cost & Resource Loading

- Periodical Schedule Updates

- Schedule Reports

- Review and assessment of schedules prepared by others

- Delay analysis including retrospective & prospective studies and methods

- BIM & Schedule integration (4D Modeling) – Model Based Scheduling

We are able to integrate 3D BIM models with CPM Schedule. These models will enable the users to perfectly visualize how both sequencing and scheduling will be applied on-site. It will help to optimize resourcing, work flow and understating sequencing while minimizing logic discrepancies.
